Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Karaoke Songbook. That's why you can try it free for 14 days before you pay, cancel at any time, and still change your mind after a payment.

Free trial

Your first 14 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep using Karaoke Songbook until the end of the period you've paid for, and then you aren't charged again.

14 days to change your mind

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, whether it's your first or a renewal, you'll get a full refund of that payment, whatever the reason. You don't need to explain why. This includes the case where you forgot to cancel before a renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Karaoke Songbook is sold through Paddle, which handles refunds for us:

• go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you subscribed with, and ask for a refund there; or
• email us at support@karaoke-songbook.com with the email address you subscribed with, and we'll arrange it.

The refund goes back to the way you paid. It's normally processed within a few days, but your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.

What happens to your subscription

Once a payment is refunded, the subscription ends and your code stops working. Your song list is kept for 30 days in case you come back, and then deleted. Singers' requests are deleted 90 days after they were sent, as usual.

After 14 days

If you'd like a refund after 14 days, please get in touch: we'll look at each request fairly. If Karaoke Songbook is faulty or not as described, you also have legal rights as a consumer, which this policy doesn't affect.
